Recently we’ve seen double-digit drops in inventory and double-digit increases in sales, an unsustainable long-term pattern. This is a great time for sellers because available homes remain scarce with only 1.4 months of inventory in King County and 1.9 in Snohomish! It’s also a great time for buyers because 30-year fixed interest rates are currently below 4%, though they are expected to increase up to 50% over the next few years.
