| Relocating is never an easy task for a family. Relocating during a pandemic? That is almost impossible. Certainly, a very daunting task. It was sincerely such a pleasure to work with this family. They had so many concerns about having to relocate their family from San Francisco to Seattle, Washington during these trying times. Not only were we dealing with a pandemic, but we were dealing with being surrounded by forest fires the majority of the time as well. We had to sell their home in San Francisco, and purchase a home for them here. The timing and balance of all of these moving parts were important. I was able to not only assist them with coordinating all of those steps successfully but finding creative ways of keeping their family safe while these steps were taking place, during the pandemic. I am happy to say, that we were successful in finding them the perfect property, in the perfect neighborhood and everyone is safe, healthy, and happy. It is important to find a broker who listens and cares enough to take your concerns seriously. With real estate and with life, both are important. |

| Happy Holidays to you and your family! This has been a year full of trials and troubles for all of us. It has been long, and very difficult. However, here we all are, still moving forward together. | Buying your first house can be a really overwhelming endeavor. Not knowing the steps, not knowing where to start, or how to get there. In this competitive market, it seems almost impossible. It’s really important to choose a well-seasoned broker, who can help you navigate this process and one that can educate you so that you understand all of the processes involved. Every step is important, from your first to your last. I had such a good time working with these two clients. Not only was it their first home purchase, but it was their first purchase in this country. I was honored to be selected to help them with such a huge life step.
