Relocating is never an easy task for a family.

Relocating during a pandemic? That is almost impossible. Certainly, a very daunting task.

It was sincerely such a pleasure to work with this family. They had so many concerns about having to relocate their family from San Francisco to Seattle, Washington during these trying times. Not only were we dealing with a pandemic, but we were dealing with being surrounded by forest fires the majority of the time as well. We had to sell their home in San Francisco, and purchase a home for them here. The timing and balance of all of these moving parts were important.

I was able to not only assist them with coordinating all of those steps successfully but finding creative ways of keeping their family safe while these steps were taking place, during the pandemic.

I am happy to say, that we were successful in finding them the perfect property, in the perfect neighborhood and everyone is safe, healthy, and happy.
